- We work 7.5-hour workdays Monday to Friday.
- Any time worked above 7.5 hours is banked. You can use your banked time as paid time off or have it paid out to you.
- Our students in the CPA Program save up their banked time so they can use it for paid study leave while they prepare for CFE. Cool, right?
We have our new hire experience figured out.
- All new hires go through a week-long orientation program to introduce you to The Group.
- After orientation, you’re partnered with a buddy who will sit with you to help navigate your first weeks.
- We start you with simple files and once you’re ready, you will progress to more complex files.
- You will be paired with a Manager as a Mentor who will be your “go to person” and help you adjust to life at The Group.
