Kevin is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 10 years of experience in public practice. He joined Virtus Group in 2019. Kevin has grown into a unique role at Virtus Group, as the firm’s Process Improvement Specialist. Kevin blends his accounting expertise with his IT acumen. He also maintains great relationships with his mid-sized owner managed business clients in a variety of industries including real estate developments, automotive dealers and professional corporations.
Kevin grew up in the small town of Biggar, Saskatchewan. He moved to Saskatoon to attend the University of Saskatchewan, where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from Edwards School of Business in 2010. Kevin obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2013.
Kevin is a member of the firm’s Best Practices Committee and assists with its responsibilities to keep staff trained on the ever changing accounting standards.
When not in the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in a variety of activities. Kevin also enjoys going to the movies, golfing, and playing games (both the video and board variety).
